1. Registration and Access
To use AiMigrate services, users must create an account on the website.
Registration is simple and only requires providing an email and completing the checkout process for a plan (Free or Premium).
Access to services is available only after logging into the account.
2. Plans and Service Access
Free Plan: Users can fill out the CRS form and view their CRS score. Scores are saved in the user’s account and can be accessed anytime.
Premium Plan: In addition to viewing the CRS score, users receive advanced AI-powered analysis with personalized recommendations to improve points (language, work experience, education, provincial suggestions, etc.).
Study Pathway Services: Completing the study pathway form requires payment. The AI analyzes the academic background and provides admission estimates and recommendations for universities/programs.
3. Payments and Refund Policy
All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment gateways (such as Stripe or PayPal). AiMigrate does not store payment card information.
4. Use of AI Services
The results and analysis provided by AiMigrate are supportive tools only.
Final decisions remain the sole responsibility of the user.
AiMigrate is not liable for application outcomes, immigration approvals/rejections, or study admission decisions.

5. Updates and Changes
AiMigrate continuously updates its system with the latest rules and data (Express Entry rules, Provincial Nominee Programs, university information, etc.).

6. Data Privacy
User data (profile information, forms, and results) is used solely to provide services within the platform.
Data will not be shared with third parties, except where required by law.
- Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide.
- Data is processed in compliance with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
7. Limitation of Liability
AiMigrate does not provide official immigration consulting or legal representation.
The platform is an AI-powered tool designed for informational and analytical purposes only.
- AiMigrate is not a substitute for a licensed immigration consultant (RCIC) or lawyer. By using the services, users acknowledge and accept these limitations.
- AiMigrate shall not be held responsible for any losses, delays, or decisions made based on AI-generated insights or data interpretations.
